Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14 day return policy from time of purchase for exchanges or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please have your receipt so we can verify your purchase.

We will do everything possible to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card excluding the original shipping fees and a 5% re-stocking fee. Due to unforeseen circumstances refunds may take longer than expected. Please be patient but by all means notify us in a reasonable amount of time if you do not receive your refund.
